I am a holistic Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) committed to supporting adults, children, families, and couples as they navigate life's challenges and move toward healing. With a background in Child and Adolescent Development (B.A.) and a Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from National University, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and developmentally informed lens to my work. I have eight years of experience in mental health, including working with children, survivors/perpetrators of domestic violence, individuals experiencing grief, and those navigating maternal mental health concerns.
My goal is to help clients develop effective coping techniques, build mindfulness practices, and process trauma in a safe and supportive environment so they can connect with their best and most authentic selves. I believe healing happens when we honor the whole person—their culture, experiences, identity, and environment—and work collaboratively toward meaningful change. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive and accessible care for diverse communities.
I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you or your family as you strengthen resilience, deepen emotional understanding, and create long-lasting growth.
Marylyn sees clients of all ages in the Rancho Cucamonga Office and through Telehealth.
